Because i am in preparation for GRE. and this term is crucial, so i wanted to rent a room to live alone to avoid the noise of my dorm. i have booked one early before summer vocation and the price is satisfied. as i would not use it in the period of summer vocation, i sublet it to a schoolmate and his girlfriend (charging no extra money). then went home.
in the summer vocation when i thought about the room, i could hardly imagine what a romantic summer my schoolmate had with his girlfriend. oh, forgive me, that is not the point, the point is: in the comming term i will be in a queit place, a better circumstance for study and rest.
then time flys. new term started and i returned. the first thing i did is to contact my schoolmate to ask about the situation. but to my surprise, he said he had move out long time ago. he said there is something wrong with the room and the host who rent the whole house first hand had quit too.
i am sorry to hear that, and first i felt sorry to him (my schoolmate) for i introduced him a bad room. he said “nothing, you didn’t expect that”. and he continue “the host said sorry to us, and he said you can get back your deposit any time”. yeah, the host himself is not a bad guy and he can do nothing, too.
the rooms especially good ones(consider condition、location and price) is hard to find, and i think maybe i had to live in dorm now.

today, i had a dream in dream. that means i wake up twice — after the first time i wake up i was still in dream. and the second waking up is true waking up.
this strange dream went like this:
it was early in morning, still dark outside, and so did in the room. i didn’t turn on the light, just dressed in the dark. when i got ready, i suddenly realized i was alone. but i shouldn’t, there should be my roommates. where were they? oh, maybe i oversleeped, i was late for class! so i hurrily went out of the room and ran towards the building entrance. but i ran and ran, the corridor seems no ending. i never reached there! then i began to suspect maybe i was in a dream. then i hit myself and shouted to myself: “it’s not real, wake up! wake up!”
i successed. i found myself in the bed of my room and outside is dawn. i turn on the light and dressed and put books in schoolbag and went to class with my roommates. but i indistinctly felt there were also something not normal: we never went to class all together, and actually they seldom went to class. but i didn’t care at that time, just walk my way and felt happy. after a while, we got to the class room and the class began. the first thing the teacher did was to check our homework. i shocked, for i didn’t know there were homework being assigned. but as i looked aroud, everyone got the work, even my roommates!
why? i always had a good impression in teacher’s mind, it couldn’t be happend like this! i was so worried and desperate as the teacher walking towards me…
i shivered to wake up and found that is also a dream!

All you need is a Sky box and with a big enough dish you will pick up all the free-to-air channels. I lent my Sky card to a friend recently (my Sky card is lapsed) to see if he got any more channels with it than without. With the card, he could pick up Channel 5 and some other channel, I can’t remember which.

Until recently, I had a Sky subscription, and that entitled me to watch almost all their channels, and there are 1000 of them. Most I wasn’t interested in; and when I gave up the bar I no longer need Sky Sports. ITV, BBC, Channels 4 and 5 etc are all free to air. Most of these channels lose their signal late evening.

BBC2 and BBC1 Scotland both transmit on a horizontal beam and are very difficult to get, if at all.

Sky are not allowed to sell their package outside of the UK, so everybody has to register their card to a UK address. Sky knows what goes on, but won’t take steps to disconnect your card unless you are stupid enough to phone for help using a foreign line. about stream direct review

One of Sky’s senior management used to be a regular in my bar when he came on holiday, and he always said that Sky knows fine what goes on, but only disconnect if someone leaves proof that they are using it abroad, and a recorded call is proof.
