Floods in China have killed 379 people this year as of Saturday, and left 141 missing, the flood control authority said Saturday. Heavy rains and ensuing floods in 2010 have affected 68.7 million people in 22 provincial-level regions and 4.36 million hectares of farmland, according to the Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters.

According to the latest news, the water level of Xiang River in Changsha has reached 38.46m, which is 2.46m higher than vigiliant level. The serious flood make people nervious. Reported by Xiaoxiang News, an old man released a cyprinoid to bless Changsha.Because of the upstream’s flood discharge, I expecienced a flood in Thursday evening. The dirty water flooded the street and the rubbish was everythere. It was really uncomfortable.

The disaster in China is really frequent in 2010: the worst drought in west-south China, the serious floods in south China and the strange climate……Don’t you think that our human beings should take measures to protect the environment? Because of the environmental disruption and pollution, we have to experienced the threats from Nature. We can’t destroy the earth any more, or we will receive more threats.
