MyPadMedia My Story

I have written my own personal story based off my experience with MyPadMedia so that anyone interested can learn more about it before purchasing it. I was very interested in MyPadMedia when I first discovered it, but it definitely sounded too good to be true. The MyPadMedia service promises unlimited downloads from a database of 30,000+ ebooks, comics, newspapers, and virtually any other media that iPad uses. It also promises free Satellite TV with the service which makes sense because there are many of those services for your PC. On top of all that, MyPadMedia promises to deliver this all for a one-time fee of 49.95$ with no monthly fees. This price is quite a steal so I had to investigate for myself, because usually these things are too good to be true.

I ran into the same problem many others did. It is very hard to find a legitimate MyPadMedia review, most reviewers sounded like they never even tried MyPadMedia out and were just doing it for advertising. I found many reviews on MyPadMedia, but none seemed legitimate. Because of this, I decided that the only way I could do this was to buy MyPadMedia and try it out myself. Read on to see what I discovered upon using MyPadMedia.

When I bought MyPadMedia it was a very simple online transaction, and it came with a 60 day refund guarantee backed by the merchant and not MyPadMedia, so because of that it is very reliable. The site clearly says its a “one-time fee” and indeed I have not been billed at all since the purchase, nor have I encountered anyone who has through my reserach. So far MyPadMedia passes the purchase test, and delivers as promised. MyPadMedia gives you a login ID that you use to access their database.

So now to the most important part of the review, how is MyPadMedia’s media selection. They give little details as to the actual eBooks available, just that there are thousands of them available for unlimited download. From using MyPadMedia I can indeed say that it has a great collection of books, including very popular books and authors that everybody is interested in. MyPadMedia also have many less known books in smaller niches that people will be searching for depending on their interests. This is a big plus and I was impressed by MyPadMedia’s selection, I can honestly say I am not a book reader, but anyone who is will find what they need. Also I noticed that MyPadMedia’s selection is indeed updated regularly which is awesome! If you like reading ebooks I can recommend MyPadMedia to you.

MyPadMedia also provides a wide list of comic books for comic readers. I actually did enjoy reading some of these comics, even just to test out the service. MyPadMedia has superhero comics, action comics, manga/anime and comedy comics. Fortunatley they are not just obscure comics that nobody wants, popular comic producers such as DC Comics and Marvel can be found on MyPadMedia. If you like reading comic books I can recommend MyPadMedia to you.

Another service MyPadMedia offers that interested me is newspapers. It contains news feeds you can download daily from popular news websites. This is a great function of MyPadMedia and allows you to keep up to date with world events from your iPad, I definitley enjoyed using this feature of MyPadMedia. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep up to date on news on the go, and is tired of paying for newspapers.

There is one last major point of MyPadMedia’s selection that really surprised me and I had to find out if it was true. They claim to offer unlimited Satellite TV with their product, which makes sense because there are many online services like that. MyPadMedia’s claim of this is actually true! I was so happy to find out for myself, because I love watching TV but rarely do it because im never in a room with a TV! MyPadMedia has solved this for me, and now I can watch it on my computer or iPad, so if I wasn’t already giving MyPadMedia a thumbs up, the 100+ TV channels im watching on my iPad would have sold it for me! I am actually glad I reviewed MyPadMedia because of this feature, and I use it daily. The Satellite TV also does indeed come free with MyPadMedia so that makes it a very reasonable price, considering I pay 49$ a MONTH just for cable. Now that we have covered MyPadMedia’s selection how exactly does the service work?

MyPadMedia is actually really simple to use, which is a big plus if you aren’t very tech savvy. MyPadMedia does not involve person-to-person filesharing, which is a pain to use. You simply use your login ID given to you upon registering, and once you’ve logged into MyPadMedia you can choose media categories. There is a section for each different type of book and from there you can download any of the books you want from their database, directly to your iPad or PC. It is very simple and easy, and there is no limit to how many files you can download with MyPadMedia.

MyPadMedia also boasts 24/7 customer support, so I decided to test this out as well by asking a few questions and seeing what the response was. Responses can take up to 72 hours depending on how busy they are, but surprisingly the responses were in 24 hours or less to my questions. MyPadMedia’s customer support was very helpful and definitely passed my test. mypadmedia review

MyPadMedia is backed by a 60 day refund guarantee, and I have tested it to make sure and it is indeed refundable. One reason it is so easy to do so is because the merchant that handles the sales of MyPadMedia has this policy in place for all products. So no matter what your refund policy is backed by a third party, and it is backed by their guarantee. However, I highly doubt many would want to refund MyPadMedia, at this point my iPad would feel naked without it. However if you aren’t satisfied with MyPadMedia than don’t hesitate to use their return policy.

So to sum my story up, I was very impressed with MyPadMedia’s media selection, as well as the ease of use, the relativley low price for what you are getting, and that it all works as they claim it does. For the 10$+ you would have to pay to buy regular e-books, not to mention cable subscription and newspapers, MyPadMedia can save anyone alot of money. My iPad would feel alot less entertaining without it, so I am very glad that MyPadMedia developed a good subscription service. I would highly recommend MyPadMedia to anyone who likes reading books, comics, newspapers, watching TV or just wants to have more fun with their iPad. Even if you don’t have one I still recommend it, because it works on any PC or pad device. So the final word, try out MyPadMedia because there is no risk, and I guarantee you will be impressed and enjoy what the service has to offer. mypadmedia.com review

An Oriental connection

I didn’t think I had any oriental relatives. I was wrong! Here’s the story. First let me tell you who is who.

Sedgehead: me, Philip E. Hyatt
Sheila: my wife
Christine: Sheila’s step mother
Lillian: Sheila’s biological mother (who died in 1957)
Georgia: Lillian’s mother, her married name (family name) is England
Bobby and Lillian: two of Georgia’s children. Bobby is Sheila’s uncle
Brenda: to be introduced later

First, let’s go back a few years to the early 1950s. When Uncle Bobby was a young man, he had a relationship with Brenda’s mother. At this period of time, Sheila’s mother had a daughter, and a few years later, a second daughter. The second daughter was named Sheila. Time past. These folks liked in the central portion of northeast Arkansas. Sheila’s parents moved away to Callaway, Arkansas where, in about 1957, Lillian died. Sheila’s father later married Christine and moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 1958.

More time past. Lillian’s mother, Georgia, worked as a cook in the local school in Batesville, Arkansas. In the early 1960′s Georgia noticed a young girl attending school. The young girl’s name was Brenda. She 2008 Lillian said, “When Brenda was a child, I thought she looked a little like one of the England Clan when she was in school in the 1960′s.” But the story is still in the 1960′s. Lillian wondered who Brenda was, but did not ask anyone about her.

More time past. Sheila grew up and had children. Later, she married me (Sedgehead). But now the story shifts to Brenda’s life. Brenda grew up and started college in Batesville. While attending college she met a young man from Japan. He was an exchange student. The US accepts many high school students from other countries who come here to attend school for one year. In exchange, as a cultural exchange, the US sends one high student to Japan (or another country which has such exchange students). Brenda soon married the young man from Japan. She moved to Japan in about 1982. Lillian and her family did not know this.

Time past. In 2007 or 2008 or so, Brenda had a question. She had a good life in Japan, but she had never met her real father. She asked her family back in the area of Batesville, Arkansas. Her mother had died. But someone in her family knew that her mother had once loved a man called Bobby. Brenda sought out Bobby. To make a long story short, she discovered that Bobby was her father. In her search she found Bobby. But remember, Brenda has lived in Japan for more 30 years and never met her father Bobby.

That brings us to the present! This week. This week, Brenda returned to her old home town to meet her father. Sheila’s Uncle Bobby met his oldest daughter for the first time. He had married after he split up with Brenda’s mother and had six more children. Brenda’s mother had not told Bobby that he had gotten her pregnant with a child, who she would name Brenda. Brenda had married an exchange student from Japan. Sheila had married me (not now, in 1987).

Yesterday, we had a family reunion. Brenda’s Arkansas family met Bobby’s family. Brenda and Bobby met for the first time about a week ago. And now we know mypadmedia scam and I have Oriental relatives. Our Uncle Bobby has a daughter who married a Japanese man in the 1970′s and later had two daughters. They may not be Chinese but that’s close enough for us for now at least!

We have an Oriental family connection!
